Therapy

While I use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, I prefer to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to deliver the best outcomes for my clients. CBT, which helps with identifying and changing destructive thoughts and behaviors, has a well-documented history of success. By talking through your thought process around a negative experience or traumatic memory, we will start to reframe the way you address and respond to those situations.
